One commitment at a time, the minimum goal, the minimum term and the minimum amount.
Rising means hitting a ceiling
Finish at the limit of any axis and the next level opens. Repeating the easy one does not.
Three breaks in a row take you back
Three commitments not kept in sequence return you to level 1. Keeping one in between resets the count.
Committed amount
Comes back in full when you keep it. Stays with VOW when you do not.
To change your mind
Walk away in the first week and the amount returns. It does not count as a break.

Photo in any activity and at any amount, orStrava where available. You choose at every check-in.
