Delete your account

In the app

1. open VOW and go to your profile
2. tap settings and open the "general" card
3. tap "delete account" and confirm

While there is a commitment in progress, a wallet balance or a withdrawal on its way, deletion waits: the app tells you what is left. This protects your money.

Without the app

Write, from the email address of your account, to the Data Protection Officer channel, with your @username and the deletion request. We reply within 15 days.

What is erased, and what remains

Your personal data, photos, commitments with their threads and check-ins, comments, reactions, stories and access to the account are erased. Two things remain, with no link to your profile: direct message conversations, because the other person also owns them, and financial records, for the period the law requires.
